All Rootz in Motion products are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof at hello@rootzinmotion.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
