Rootz in Motion was created from a simple truth: movement strengthens the body, but culture grounds the soul. Founded by a Caribbean born entrepreneur with deep Jamaican roots, the brand was shaped by lived experience, rhythm, resilience, community, and the belief that staying active is one of the simplest ways to honor both body and heritage.

Growing up in the Caribbean meant understanding that movement was never just exercise. It was walking with purpose. It was dancing without hesitation. It was staying disciplined and carrying pride in where you come from. As global wellness culture expanded, something felt missing. Representation. Beautiful products existed, but few reflected the nations, stories, and identities people carry with them every day.  Rootz in Motion exists to change that.
